Please advise why the invoices were not generated for the shipped and PGI’d deliveries. Also, please review and provide a list of any other documents that are in this same status beyond these two customers.

The billing due list was run for the documents in simulation to look for possible errors on the documents. Unfortunately, no errors were noticed.
The billing job should be run again to invoice the due deliveries.

Resolution

The job was run manually in background and the invoices were created for the deliveries.
